2 Seas Motorsport partners with GFH Financial Group

Ahead of the Gulf 12 Hours race event later this week, 2 Seas Motorsport has confirmed a new partnership with GFH Financial Group (‘GFH’), a leading and dynamic financial group in the GCC region and global markets. This new relationship will include branding on the team’s #1 Mercedes-AMG GT3, as reigning champions Sh. Isa Al Khalifa and Martin Kodrić, along with new teammate Hunter Abbott, attempt to secure a further title.

Bahraini-British team 2 Seas Motorsport is extremely proud of the links to Bahrain and the GCC, and competition across the region plays an important part in the team’s winter race programme. With outright victory at the relocated 2021 Gulf 12 Hours, Sh. Isa Al Khalifa and his 2 Seas Motorsport teammates secured a very proud maiden endurance victory on home soil at the Bahrain International Circuit. A year later, and with the event back at its more familiar Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, the team repeated the feat to claim a second successive title. Now, this weekend, the 2022 season is signed off with the event returning to its traditional end-of-the-year scheduling, signing off a bumper calendar for the team.

The new partnership comes after GFH has followed Sh. Isa’s progress in motorsport from a young age, which saw him initially competing domestically and within the GCC region. He has now advanced to racing in GT3 competition on a global level, setting up his own team, and winning the Gulf 12 Hours event for the past two years as a team owner and driver, proudly flying the flag and representing Bahrain.
