It has been a case of success on all fronts for 2 Seas Motorsport throughout 2025, claiming four championship titles with two different brands. Drivers and Teams titles across British GT and GT World Challenge Europe, victory during a maiden Asian Le Mans Series campaign, and a further International GT Open podium were secured as the British-Bahraini team enjoyed its most successful campaign to-date. Overall, across five championships, the team scored eight victories and 10 further podiums.

Asian Le Mans Series

Kicking the 2024/25 season off, 2 Seas Motorsport made a debut appearance in the Asian Le Mans Series with Antony McIntosh and Parker Thompson joined by a familiar face to the team in Ben Barnicoat. The trio showed strong promise at the opening round in Malaysia to close out 2024, before a strong strategic and on track effort saw the palm tree-liveried Mercedes-AMG GT3 take victory at the opening four-hour event in Dubai. The second race of the weekend added a top-six finish, before closing out the season in Abu Dhabi.

British GT

2 Seas Motorsport has been present in the British GT Championship since the team was formed in 2020, claiming the Teams’ title in 2023. This season, the team ran a two car full-season entry for the fourth time in six years, with 2021 DTM champion Maximillian Gotz and established front-runner Kevin Tse returning for a second season. Alongside them was the exciting pairing in the #42 Mercedes-AMG GT3 of former Carrera Cup Great Britain champion Kiern Jewiss, and GT3 rookie, Charles Dawson.

The benchmark was set from the opening round at Donington Park, with both crews delivering impressive pace, as Charles and Kiern took a first race win. From here, they would lead the championship until the final round. Max and Kevin scored the first of their xx podium finishes. Round 2 at Silverstone introduced several invitational entries, but the #42 overcame the success compensation time to finish P2 on track, securing another maximum points finish, extending the championship lead.

The pendulum swung in favour of the #18 crew as the calendar arrived at Oulton Park in May, as Max secured a first pole position. An untouchable drive in challenging conditions saw he and Kevin convert strong qualifying performances into a double race win over the weekend. A tough weekend followed with the overseas event at Spa-Francorchamps. A heavy incident early in the weekend saw Kevin walk away, and a replacement chassis was quickly sourced and setup by the team to ensure both cars made the start. A top-six finish would score more important points for Kiern and Charles as they continued to lead the charge at round 5.

Snetterton saw a true return to form, with honours split across the garage. Pole position and race 1 victory for the #42 was matched by their teammates, as the #18 took a podium in the opening sprint race and the overall honours in race 2. Kevin would then score his first outright pole position at Brands Hatch, before Charles and Kiern brought home their third win of the year. The results thus far set up the grandstand #DoningtonDecider, with Kierna and Charles still leading the charge as the Drivers and Teams titles were still to be decided.

The season finale lived up to its hype, and the two hour battle proved anything but straightforward. The action-packed event ended with a further podium for Kevin and Max, to round out a strong season. The overall honours would ultimately fall to their teammates, as Kiern and Charles finished P4 on track, claiming the overall and Pro-Am Drivers titles. The combined result also saw 2 Seas Motorsport win the Teams’ title.

GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup – Gold Cup

A new partnership for the 2025 season saw 2 Seas Motorsport supporting the Verstappen.com Racing efforts in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup. The Gold Cup entry partnered sim racer-turned GT3 racer Chris Lulham with Thierry Vermeulen and Harry King. The trio proved that consistency in form is what is needed to win titles, standing on the podium at each of the five events.

Second-place finishes at the opening two rounds in Paul Ricard and Monza set the ball rolling, and the title challenge was very much alive heading to the season highlight. Victory in class and an overall top-10 finish at the Crowdstrike 24 Hours of Spa moved the #33 entry into a commanding position in the championship, and even a post-race penalty at the penultimate race at the Nürburgring still saw the crew claim a podium finish. The season finale in Barcelona delivered another impressive drive by the whole team, moving up the order to finish inside the overall top-eight, and secure a fifth consecutive class podium to clinch the Gold Cup title.

GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup – Bronze Cup

Three of the five Endurance Cup rounds also saw the palm tree livery Mercedes-AMG on the grid.  Crowdstrike 24 Hours of Spa saw Parker Thopmpson back with the team, with the eventual British GT champion pair of Charles Dawson and Kiern Jewiss, alongside Lewis Williamson. This quartet, competing in the Bronze Cup, combined well to deliver a strong challenge, eventually completing the 24 hours and taking home P7 in class.

The Mercedes-AMG GT3 returned for two further campaigns during the season, each with Charles at the wheel. He combined with 2023 IMSA champion Ben Barnicoat and GT3 rookie Tom Lebbon at the Nürburgring, delivering more silverware for the season with a class win. After clinching domestic honours, Charles and Kiern were then combined by Tom for the season finale in Barcelona.

International GT Open

Ahead of the final round of the GT World Challenge campaign, Charles gained further GT3 experience – and silverware – as he was back in action for his first outing in International GT Open. Pairing with GT3 rookie McKenzy Cresswell, Charles and 2 Seas Motorsport were back on the podium for the second of the weekend’s races, scoring a P3 finish.

“2025 has been an outstanding year all round for the whole team, in each of the categories we have campaigned, and I could not be prouder of everyone. From taking that first win in Dubai back in February, and watching Max and Kevin battle it out with Kiern and Charles across the British GT challenge, no one has given less than 100 percent. The GT World Challenge effort then really showed everyone at their best, with the consistent results and faultless execution by the Verstappen.com Racing effort to take victory at the 24 Hours of Spa and be on the podium at every round. In parallel, delivering a race win and another successful execution at the 24 Hours of Spa.
“I would like to thank every one of the drivers, each member of the team, our partners and all friends of 2 Seas Motorsport who have been a part of the season. It is going to be a tough benchmark to beat, but excited to see what 2026 has to offer, and we will do everything to deliver even better results.”
